Yes, you can change your subject in PG, i.e. take up ma after doing bsc in your ug.
The criteria for ma is to secure 50%in your ug. Ma admission are done on merit as well as entrance basis. The procedure for admission varies from University to university.

Hi, in order to seek admission in this course you must pass your 10+2 examinations and secure 55% or more in an aggregate of 3 subjects i.e physics/chemistry/biology/bio technology and you must pass in one compulsory language i.e english with 50% marks. Admission is merit based for this course.

Yes, The Candidates who are pursuing the qualifying examination can apply for IIT JAM Entrance Exam. As per the eligibility you should have Geology as a subject for three years/six semesters and any two subjects among Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.
