First of all, there's no age limit for appearing in NEET and secondly, NEET does not base its eligibility criteria in terms of your graduation marks. It follows the rule mentioned below-

Eligibility Criteria for NEET:- Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English
