The thing is we can't be sure of the cutoff marks. It completely depends on the toughness of the paper. Ever since last year the pattern for JEE mains has changed into percentile system from mark system. So, you can't exactly say what marks you should score at

Punjab university will release the cut off marks in a merit list format only. this merit list for UG programmes will be released on 3rd week of may. For postgraduate programmes the merit list will be released on last week of june.

Yes, you can change your qualification code during correction window. During the correction window period you need to visit the NEET website and go through correction of your application. There you'll be allowed to change your qualification code.
