Yes you are eligible for the CUSAT to study MBA there.
Basically cusat requires 60 percentile in cmat but it is varries year after year.
Minimum 120 is minimum requirement then 131 you quite easily get a seat.

GATE stands for graduate aptitude test in engineering. It can only be given after doing engineering. You cannot attempt it after class 12. You can attempt jee mains and advanced for engineering after class 12.

Since you are giving re-exam from bihar board make sure to get above 75% and then you will be eligible for IIT and NIT. And also make sure to sure good percentile in MAINS and Advance. There will be no issues there on
