You must carry your Hall ticket, adhaar card and extra passport size photos with you.  It also depends on the exam to some extent.The details are mentioned on the admit card or the official website.

Yes colleges in delhi university offer courses in B.voc in computer applications.

You can check that out. It will be difficult to manage both the courses together. Since ,cpt,ipcc etc exams requires alot of hardwork.
