Sir my question is what am I doing next after a good rank in Jee main?
JEE Main: Chapter Wise Weightage | Syllabus | Most Scoring Topics: Jan | April | Test Series
Sample Papers 2027 : Physics | Chemistry | Maths | Inorganic Chemistry | PYQ's
New: Kinematics | Atomic Structure | Law of Motion | PYQs (Matrices & Determinants)

Dear Aspirant,
Hope you are doing well.
Its good if it turns up in your favor. After that it's time to gear up for JEE ADVANCED and just prepare like hell for the remaining time to secure a seat in your dream institute.
You can prefer some boost course offered by the renowned coaching institutes like Allen, Resonance etc.
Also you have a chance to get a seat in reputed institutes like NITs, IISc Bangalore, IIITs and other private colleges which takes direct admission through JEE Main score.
Taking the other side of coin like if you didn't score above 130-140 marks except you had a bad day then its an indicator that most probably you are not prepared for JEE Advanced. So, it is not advisable to run for Advanced rather you focus on BITSAT because it would be tough to ace Advanced. The probability is very low that you score good in Advance.
So Don't worry still you can give a best shot for BITSAT and other entrances. I am not saying that you should leave preparing for Advanced but you should focus on BITSAT more which can be very easily aced by practicing a little.
Hope it helps.
All the best.
Thank you!!!!
After getting a good rank in jee mains your admission will be probably confirmed in any of the nits, gftis,or iiits across the nation.
But you should try to focus on jee advanced next as its the entrance examination to the iits.
Iits are a brand in themselves and are the top Engineering colleges of the nation.
Hope this helps
