Yes, you can. Have hope and give your best. Last time your jee mains coincided with semester exam so, your performance was not upto the mark. But, it was not soo bad. It seems you have potential, just you need to devote your time and hard work.

No it is not possible for a general category candidate to get an NIT seat with 90 percentile in JEE Mains. To get into NIT's the least possible percentile for any category is 94 and above. For general category you need to score 98.7 and above.
