It's very difficult to calculate the rank as it depends on various factors and it depends on JEE main April exam too. But if you want to calculate your rank use the below formula
100 - your total percentile score is the percentage of people ahead of you. 869010 are the number of candidates appeared for Jan exam. So rank formula is (100 - your total score) X 869010 /100. If the number of candidates for April exam increased to 1200000 then your final rank shall be (100 - your total score) X 1200000/100

Prediction of rank based on marks is very difficult after jee mains has been handed to NTA. You will know the percentile only, in result which jas been declared. You will come to know your rank after the result has been declared in april.
For an instance- rank vs marks depends on shift in online exam, since normalization is done on score. Last year a student with 210 marks had 18000 rank in a shift, where as one with 180 marks in one shift had 10000 rank .
So, Percentile is only helpful to know your rank, which you can get from your result.
