If you are pursuing  BBM right now, you can continue on same admission. But if you have taken a break or you are not pursuing BBM, then, In that case you will have to take a new admission.

Hello there. Hope you are doing good. Your query seems a bit confusing. If you got admission in BBM but did not proceed further, then in such case, you need to re-register and take admission again for that course. If this is not your query, you can let me know
