My son studied from Class 1 to 12 in Gujarat state. Question: If my son is born in Maharashtra and has studied in Gujarat from Class 1 to Class 12 , will he be eligible for govt quota (85 %) in Gujarat without domicile certificate? As he does not have domicile certificate.

As you have a domicile certificate of Delhi, and you is born at Delhi also, so you can participate in Delhi state quota counselling. You will get benefit of 85% state quota seat from Delhi. No matter from where you have studied 9 to 12th class. You have to present a domicile certificate at the time of counselling.
