Different Colleges and University start admission process at different dates. Now the result of Board exams is out and the admission process has started. check individual website of universities and colleges you are interested in , to find out their dates.

There is no separate exam for aiims this time.The admissions into aiims is taken on the basis of NEET scores but you will have to fill the application form of aiims for counselling process and admission.The last date to submit the aiims application form will be in march 2020.

You can do diploma in polytechnic colleges. If you select, electrical engineering in diploma, it will be easier for you to study. But you can apply for most of the diploma courses. So choose based on your interest. Some institutions may admit you directly in second year also
