How do I get admission in IIM.

There are simple 5 steps procedure through which you'll get into IIM :

1. Start preparing for CAT ( common admission test) by taking coaching or preparing yourself ( lot of books/material are available).
2. If you work really hard and get a very good percentile like 98+ and you have a good profile (your 10th, 12th, grad %, work experience) than you can definitely expect a call from various IIMs
3. But getting a call is not enough, after that you have to give written ability test( WAT) and interviews for different IIMs
4. If your interview went really well than also you cannot be 100% sure as they take account of everything and allocate marks accordingly (like your 10th, 12th grad marks, any professional course you have done, your work experience, your wat & interview marks) different IIMs give different weightage to different factors.
5. If you get through all this than congrats you'll be in IIM.
