As you are a general category candidate hence the minimum required marks for you to qualify the exam will be around 135. Whereas to get a good college i.e. a government college you have to score at least 550+ marks . I think you will be well

Yes , both your b.ed and masters degree are valid dear.

This is because as per rule one cannot pursue two regular courses at the same time but one can pursue one regular course and one from open university etc.

So you need not to worry at all

You are eligible for a fee reimbursement only if you study in AP. This programme is valid in all Post Matric Colleges in Andhra Pradesh recognised by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. But if you are studying in Tamilnadu, unfortunately, you are not eligible for this scheme.
