It is very difficult to tell you the marks with the given percentile because marks and ranks are dynamic and they change when other parameters change such as number of candidates appeared, difficulty of exam etc.But by considering previous years trend you may get marks in between 58-67.

No , you are not eligible for taking admission in the MS Baroda for BSC in physics honours, for that their eligibility criteria says that a candidate must have their required percentage in class 12th with physics plus mathematics from any recognised board.

It is difficult to predict actual rank but you can calculate the expected rank by this formula. Total 869010 students appeared for the JEE MAIN January session exam.
(100 - your total percentile score) * (869010 / 100).
Therefore your expected rank will be -

assuming yourself as a general category student sorry you are not eligible for JEE advanced. Last year JEE mains cutoff for a general category student was 89 percentile. Try to to focus on JEE mains
