It's difficult to tell you the exact about the qualifying cutoff & admission cutoff. This score seems enough to qualify the exam as OBC category but chances seems less to get NITs, IIITs & GFTIs Etc.

You can go for state level counselling like Punjab, Haryana, MP Etc.

If your marks are good , you are qualified .

But your percentile tells something else and it doesn't match with your marks .

So check your marks once again and your percentile.

To qualify JEE Mains in General Category, you may at least get above 90 percentile marks as
