You haven't mentioned the entrance examination you are enquiring about. But if this is about NEET PG, then unfortunately you cannot change your Category during the correction window either. It wouldn't be right to say that every one in the group of 100 people have a better IQ. Eventhough the the average IQ is higher than that of the larger population the standard deviation is quite large.
