It is difficult task to predict your marks from your JEE mains percentile score,
But still you can consider that your marks would lie between 1-17 at 8.9 percentile only when  if there is noone who got negative marks, but it may variate if there would be some students

Hello Aspirant,

It's difficult to predict the qualifying cutoff or Exact rank. With this percentile the chances are less to get a seat in NITs, IIITs & GFTIs.

You can try for the state level counselling like Punjab, Haryana, MP Etc. I would also suggest you to appear for JEE
