It would be difficult to tell you the qualifying score or rank but a score of more than 85 percentile you should have decent chance to qualify the exam. 869010 candidates appeared for JEE Main January session 2020. Using the formula given below

The chances are less to get a seat in NITs, IIITs & GFTIs. I would suggest you to appear for JEE Main April Session 2020 which application form is expected to start from 7th February, 2020.
