It's difficult to predict the qualifying cutoff or admission possibilities based on your percentile. With this percentile the chances seems less to get a seat in NITs, IIITs & GFTIs.

You can try for the state level counselling like Punjab, Haryana, MP Etc. I would also suggest you

The exact prediction would be difficult regarding the qualifying cutoff & admission possibilities based on your percentile. But this score seems not enough to qualify the exam as a general category & chances are also less to get NITs, IIITs & GFTIs.

In order to check Jee Mains results which was released yesterday....you need to go to the official website jeemain.nic.in or ntaresults.nic.in
Then you in to login using your login credentials that is your application number and DOB. Then you can access your results. Hope this helps.

As per your percentile, your JEE Main Rank is around 32000 which is not so good . But you might get Chemical Engineering in NIT Raipur , NIT Durgapur, Metallurgy and Production Engineering in NIT Jamshedpur .

You cannot get admission as you are not eligible to sit in the KCET exam only.
The eligibility criteria is that a student must have studied in Karnataka for seven years from a recognised institution.
Also, student must have either appeared for SSLC/10th class or second PUC/12 standard
