Now that in your case you have completed your schooling from Punjab and are a native of Himachal Pradesh, you are eligible for appearing for both

You will not have the state quota of the Himachal Pradesh because State quota will have to reside in the state and have to do the schooling from there so as you did your school from Punjab you will not recieve any reservation from Himachal.
