For a free government seat, you have to be one of the toppers of KCET. Cutoff varies for college to college, so to check the KCET cut off for all the colleges to get government seat you can refer below link

First of all congratulations on securing good rank in NEET MDS 2020. As per your rank and previous year cutoff, you will get good colleges with this rank. The government college you get are:-

• School of dental sciences,Karad--MD in Endo
• Rural Medical college, Loni-- MD in Oral surgery

Shiva, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no,of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Karnataka is an Open State which means Candidates who do not have the State's domicile also can participate in

Masoom, you havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2018, under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:

General Category: 530

OBC: 523

SC: 397

ST: 385
