12th base pe:
SSC CHSL, Railway NTPL group C, D, Air Force X and Y group.
Graduation base pe:

see most of the colleges does not allow admission in middle of course, but if the college comes under same university migration may be possible, however right now  I suggest you to revise the subjects which exam is left because some of the university are trying to make online
