According to me It is of a very little chance to get cse once you get mechanical in round 2 of the counselling. You can appear for Jee mains and other exams if you don,t want mechanical engineering . You can even look at other state universities Don,t worry

The best  engineering course for low vision is  Metallurgical Engineering, Automation Engineering or Electrical Engineering might be the least visual,and Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering the most visual .
