You can easily get admission in private medical colleges the only Criteria is you need to clear your neet with your eligibility marks. The eligibility marks will depend on each year. The eligibility mark in 2019 was

GENERAL- 50%

OBC        - 40%

SC            - 40%

ST             - 40%

If you are getting these eligibilityarks you can get seat in privte medical college. But student won't prefer to enter into private colleges. You need to spend large amount around 15 lakhs per year.
