If you will get 80 marks in JEE Mains 2020 then your percentile would be around 91 percentile.
However, this is not exact but only approximate.
If you get marks between 87 to 78 than your percentile would be around 92.61891464 - 90.64227869 percentile.

No for most time , there is no such problems for PCS officer . They are only portrayed in movies . Such problems are only faced by people whose duty is at areas where political pressure is very high . Though transfer happens but there are not frequent transfer .
