You will have to appear for neet 2020 , and should score 45 th ie 115 marks for PH general
40th ie 105marks forS St/OBC, (PH) in NEET
That's the cut off, now cut off changes every year and is dependent on various factors like no of candidates

You can of course study sociology even if you didn't have it in school. The only criteria to study that is to qualify the cutoff for that particular stream or that college be it through your 12th board marks or through the entrance examination.

see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on certain factors like number of participants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, number of vacancy in particular psus etc. however at this score you have decent chances for psu , so I suggest you to apply all of them where
