i was absent in practical in 2nd year as I got the marksheet it was shown absent and i forgot to give back a re paper and when I did 3rd year exam then after that the same practical with same subject code it was again shown as absence in 3rd year marksheet so do i have to give 2 time practical ??

Since you are absent during your practical examination in your second year. You need to do your practicals again. Unless and until you complete your practical exams you wont get passed in your practical and it show absent throughout the final year. So try to complete the

First thing that you should know that you cannot pursue any engineering course after pursuing any other bachelors degree of three years like B.sc or any other course. Because you can appear for maximum of three consecutive years for engineering entrance exam after passing class-12th.
