Must choose the top college or the rank of coursewhich is best?

This depends upon your interest. However you should not choose a very low college. I would like to give you my example. I was interested in computer science but my rank was 15802 and I choose IIIT lucknow and i am happy with my decision. So try to get a good rank (because you have time for it) second try to think what you want to do then analyse past year cutoffs provided by jossa see placement statistics and read reviews of different colleges and choose what you want to do?
