• Indian Institute of technology,  kanpur
• Harcourt Butler Technical University, kanpur
• Rama university , kanpur

so may be Rama university is best for civil engineering

To be honest just qualifying  Jee advanced is itself a big deal as it is the toughest Engineering entrance examination in the country , so getting air-1 in JEE advanced is really a difficult job , and you want to prepare  from 5th july 2020 for jee advanced

It depends whether you want to take admission in PES(U) or PESIT.

If you want to take admission in PES(U) then you will have to attend their own Entrance exam which is PESSAT.

Whereas if you want to take admission in PESIT then you need to get a rank under

the dates of CUCET 2020 by the central university is not out yet , fresh dates for the under graduate and postgraduate programmes will be intimated soon , and the last date to submit the application form of CUCET 2020 was june 6.
