i got 88.3 percentile in jee mains obc ncl category cani get NIT college in india

All India Quota has no reservation for Defence quota candidates. Candidates must contact their state counselling authority for details.

note that,  state medical colleges do provide defence quota to the candidates taking admission in MBBS program . 1% quota  is there in UP colleges for wards of defense

They are highly ranked in Nirf ranking.
In my opinion you should go for NIT Durgapur Cs branch as Cs/ It are top branches and  as Nit Durgapur is a Nit, the Nit tag will always help
