Yes, You can do Bsc Agriculture after completing Agricultural diploma of 2 years. You will get lateral entry to 2nd year with having aggregate of 60%. Also, lateral entry is not applicable for some of the colleges so do check for the college before admission and check eligibility

The basic difference between BSc agriculture and Diploma in Agriculture is that you will get graduation degree after bsc agriculture and diploma degree after Diploma in Agriculture.  Diploma in Agriculture can be pursued after 10th and for BSc agriculture, you need to do 12th.
