Doing only CSE without specialisation , what is the job scope and also will companies recruit in campus if we do not have specialisation. which is better without specialisation which will narrow down options or with specialisation which will be focussed

The specializations offered by private colleges in bachelors course especially in Computer science is just a marketing stunt and nothing else. At a bachelors level, doing a specialization doe not matter much. The bachelors is for a basic knowledge of everything related to the subject matter. Specializations are for masters and doctoral degrees. So I would say that simple CSE will not be much different than the so called 'specialization'. It all depends on you how much you go deep in the coding realm. The scope is always vast.
