Only non-government colleges can accept admissions into their colleges through jee mains i.e. b-category. Government colleges like JNTU ,Osmania university accept admissions only through ts-eamcet counselling.So to get a seat in top colleges through jee mains you will have to personally apply to the college for the seat
Cut off for BA(Hons.) in Social Science isn't available still. But according to be data of 2019 you can estimate how much can it be.
