You have not mentioned your state and your rank. Cut off is different for each category. In 2019 the cut off rank for admission to Computer Science Engineering in VNIT, Nagpur was 999 for EWS category under home state category and under other state quota the cut off rank

Among all the college you have provided. Birla college, model college, dombivli, KM agrawal college has NAAC A accreditation. None of them has NAAC A+. So the choice is yours to choose but still I would suggest that you go for Birla college, Kalyan. Because it is a good
