i got 1 lakh rank and disqualified in mains by 1.5 percentile can i get seat in engineering clgs through b category ?

As per your question, as you didn't qualified in jee exam so you may not get nits, or gfti or iiits but don't worry you may try in private colleges as there are good private college also where you can persue your bachelors degree.As per your recommended college, yes can get into that college with your jee rank as per last year cutoffs.
