Hello,
First of all weboptions are only available if you clear all mandatory verifications that are required before.
But if you have done the above step correctly then you will be able to select weboptions. If you are selecting ' By college' you need to select regular/restructured fot government colleges and regular self finance for private college.
You may not be able to select BSc(mpcs) course because there is a possiblity that the college you have selected does not offer that course(BSc) or even if it offers the course it may not offer the mpcs subjects specification that you want,so i advice you to check all the colleges that offer bsc(mpcs) course and then select it.

RVR & JC follows ANU syllabus (I heared it is Deemed so changes would have happens in syllabus) it is 11 Kms from Guntur town so public transport is very less (share autos available).
VR Siddartha also follows ANU syllabus (I heared it is Deemed so changes would have happens in syllabus) .It is in within citi limits, you can have lot of Public Transport available (Citi buses).

Dear student At first congratulations and best wishes for your result . Analysing from previous year's data ai can predict that your rank is about 27000 All India Ranking . You have not mentioned your category so I am assuming you as a general category candidate. I am afraid to say with this marks your chances to get government colleges are almost negative through All India counselling for 15% seats . You can still try in state counselling for remaining 85% seats . Different state counselling cut offs vary from each other. For different states it depend upon availability of colleges, student number etc various things . You have not mentioned your state . You must mention that for us to answer precisely. You must go for your respective state's counselling. And chances for you are sufficiently positive for you in there also for government colleges. However you can get easily many private medical colleges. You can further check on our link https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cut-off-for-government-colleges predict your chances here

Hello applicant,
*Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. But in 2019, under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:
General Category:563
SC: 447
ST: 416
*Now this is 2019 data and for 2020 for a seat in this College you will need to score more than 50-75 marks mentioned against your Category.
*To help you with your NEET preparation, we have NEET Knockout packages that you can check at: https://learn.careers360.com/knockout-neet-may/. To help you during admission and counselling, we have https://www.careers360.com/mbbs-companion.
