As per your question your neet score is 400, with this Score and  your SC category you have a good chance of getting medical seats in telangana  it's quite difficult to get a seat in a Government Medical College or a Government Quota seat in Private Medical College.

Number of moles (N) weigh 1Kg of electrons can be calculated as described below :-

Mass of an electron= 9.1 x 10^-31 Kg

Avogadro Number=6.022 x^10^23

N = 1/(9.1 x 10^-31*6.022 x^10^23)

N = 1.8x10^6 moles of electron is the answer.
