You did not mention your Category and your State of Eligibility. But if you belong to General Category/OBC/EWS, you cannot get a Government Quota seat in Private Medical College with this score. You also have very less choices for Management Quota seat. You will have to prepare for NEET 2021

You should have mentioned your home state too. You have chance to get into VNIT Nagpur with this rank. If you don't get chance in this college you should opt for private architecture colleges.
