You are supposed to get migration,  character, leaving certificate all from your school only.

These are usually given with 12th standard printed mark sheet .

You should inform your school and ask for these as they are crucial certificate required everywhere while applying for admission to colleges.

Hello since you didn't mentioned whether you are inquiring regarding Indian Air Force Pilot or commercial Airlines Pilot.

For Indian Air Force you are not eligible for flying branch. Age criteria is 20 to 24 years.

For Commercial Airlines Pilot you are eligible because there is no age limit criteria

Yes you can get government college through ICAR, as per previous years trend. But you need to fill the choice filling while counselling wisely.

Even if your category comes under central list and you have the certificate issued by the state, it is not valid for the admission at the ALL INDIA LEVEL.

For that purpose you need to have a central certificate which has the same format throughout the country.
