it is not possible to shift branch from one to another after your diploma. If you wish to join in B.Tech after diploma, you have to study in the same stream which you completed in diploma.. like you can do B. arch after doing diploma in architecture

For the rank you have got it is very difficult for admission in mmmut according to previous year cutoffs and as it keeps cutoff for jee main pretty high and that also for 10% seats alloted to jee main students and 90% seats for the students through institution
