Kindly note that the formalities which you will be expected to do during counselling process of NEET will be slightly cumbersome.
Also you need to pay penalty for TC if you are doing B.Sc from private university but for Govt
category percentile wont be given because the percentile is yours regardless of reservation .ranks are given as AIR and category ranks.according to that counselling process takes place.You will get better category rank. you can easily get a seat in NITs with good groups like cse,ece etc
On such marks and category you have good chances of getting private colleges in UP but not in any of the GMC even under Home state quota according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that last year the lowest cut-off

The category plays a vital role in the JEE Mains counseling process. Though you have not mentioned category, it would be a little challenging to say anything exactly. Considering you a general category student, you would probably not get any NITs or IIITs if not having a home
