i applied in hbtu under fee wavier subcategory, my crl rank is 47226 and obc is 12460,on some sites it is saying that it will actually reduce my chances of getting any branches there, is it true

Paint Technology

Oil Technology

Plastic Technology

Bio Chemical Engineering
