which all colleges should I apply for in josaa with jee main rank 193228?

Naman Raturi 12th Oct, 2020

Hello There ,

You can apply for josaa counselling ,Assuming  the general category you can get some lower nit's or your home state nit as the cutoff is low and also you can get a seat in csab , although chances are less  . Apart from nit , you can apply for iiit and various gfti also , which offer admission through josaa and you can apply for state counselling for applying to the state government colleges .

For more details you can check this page -

How will I get admission in bhaskara medical college ,telangana if Im from maharashtra??

Anurag Khanna 21st Nov, 2020

Hello Aspirant,

See as BHASKAR MEDICAL COLLEGE, MOINABAD, R.R.(DST) is situated in Telangana and you are having domicile of Maharashtra as you have mentioned in the question. So you can get BHASKAR MEDICAL COLLEGE, MOINABAD, R.R.(DST) but only for management seat because government quota seats are kept reserved for the candidates of that particular state where the institution is situated and management quota seat is open for other state candidates.

Also note that you should register yourselves for state quota of Telangana and should have secured the required cut-off marks or minimum marks in NEET required for that college.

You can check out the link given below to have an idea of previous year's cut-off :-

I hope this information helps you.

Good Luck!!

I belong to the State of Odisha. My rank in OBC is 49993 in JEE Main. I want to take admission in only NIT Colleges with the trade C.S.E. or Mechanical or Electrical. So, please guide me how and what to do.

aawezk11 12th Oct, 2020

Hello,

Your JEE main OBC category rank is 49993. As per last year's cut-off with this rank getting into NITs in CSE , mechanical or EE won't be possible for you. The cut-off is much higher in NITs for these departments and a minimum of 20,000 rank is required to get in NIT.

Your best chance would be to apply for state level counselings. You might get seats in state government college if you make the cutoff.

To know your admission chances in JOSSA & State counseling you can use JEE Main college Predictor tool.

1 expecting to get 460 marks..can i get a government bds college in west bengal??.i am of ews category.

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 12th Oct, 2020

Hi

It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get  seat or not as  cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 460 marks   you hold  a low chance to get a seat in a Government Medical College

For example,
in neet  2019, 504 marks for ews category was the lowest marks to get a seat in a government medical college  under west Bengal state quota and it was for MALDA MEDICAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL, MALDA

With your marks you have  chances in private medical college and deemed universities

To get the list of colleges in which you have chances, you can go through our college predictor at

https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

It gives you a personalized report with top college in which you have chances for admission , with the help of predicted colleges you can make better choice while filling your choices of colleges during your counselling

Thankyou
