You have to very excellent to have this opportunity because generally this does not happen untill your marks are outstanding.

Only if you can be the best then you may get to change your IIT but that too after the first year.

I think you have mistyped , it will be SSC JE.

Now the problem you are facing is quite serious. As you mentioned there is a probability that your form will be rejected as it is stated clearly in the notice produced by SSC.

So what I can say is

but you won't get the top branches here, you will get the lower branches here.
