As per the official website of IIT DMK there is no official statement about discontinuing the Dual Degree program  offered. The admissions into dual degree program is through JEE Mains rank only.

According to the rank and category mentioned by you in the question you have almost no chances of getting into any of the IITs. See there are very few seats under SC category which remains vacant for Preparatory courses so on such Preparatory rank it is not possible

Hi student,

You are right 50 percentage is enough to join  B.arch in NIt . According to criteria 50% weightage is given to 12th percentage while 60% is considered from entrance exam . 50% in 12th class is good for open category while above 45% is given to reserved category.
