If you are from General Category, then you won't be eligible to get admission into NITs and IIITs through JEE Mains as the minimum required aggregate marks in class 12 is 75%. As you have less than 75%, so you won't be eligible.

If you belong to OBC,the  Community you belong to should be listed in the Central OBC list. Going by the information you provided, we assume that that the Community you belong to is also listed in the Central OBC list. JOSAA has updated the formats that need to be submitted.
