Let me guess that you are differentiating between Shimoga Institute of Medical Sciences and Belgaum Institute of Medical Science. Both the colleges are good .  In shimoga fees for MBBS course is nearly 67000 for 1st year whereas in Belgaum the complete fees for MBBS is around 3.7
