the recent full fee refund policy given by AICTE for the techincal institutions, does it include the Postgraduate courses like M.Tech as well ?

Yes but the university you are applying should be under aicte or ugc as per the norms concerned.

The university is aicte approved, but they are saying that the will refund only security deposit, that's why I want to confirm whether it for m.tech courses or not.
