The eligibility criteria for appearing in UPSC exam is graduation and diploma is not considered as graduation. Therefore, you need to complete your graduation in order to be applicable for UPSC.

The cutoff varies every year but looking at the past trends the cutoff for non Delhi candidates is generally around 90% ( general category ). I think you have high chances of getting a seat. But the final cutoff can only be known at the time of counseling.

When the demand curve is not in straight line but has a different elasticity for higher and lower prices that is when a kinked demand curve occurs.
An oligopoly is an example for a kinked demand curve because the oligopoly is in competition from other oligopolists in the market. The prices are rigid and the firms will face different effects for the increasing or decreasing prices. The kink occurs because rival firms will behave differently to price cuts and price increases. If the oligopolist increases its price above the equilibrium price, it is assumed that the other oligopolists in the market will not follow with price increases of their own.

If MEC stands for the subject combination of (mathematics, economics and commerce) then I'm sorry to say but you need to have science subjects (physics, chemistry and mathematics) in order to be eligible for doing B.Tech or any other engineering courses.
