Yes dear, Bidhannagar College is overall a good choice, the faculties may be few but high quality faculties. As a whole the academic environment is good, their political science curriculum is updated.

I think you will not get any government college as your ranking don't meet their criteria. I suggest you to apply to some good private college. And if you want to get in government college, repeat the exam next year. You can apply to Amity School of engineering and technology.
